how do peeps

couple of problems wondering if anyone can help?

• when i go to master reset and choose all, nothing gets changed, my settings remain along with the phonebook, pics, audio files etc...

and this is just after it prompts me that i WILL loose all of the above, sometimes its good to go back to factory spec but i dont seem capable

• secondly, if i go to walkman, then artists... there is an "Unknown Artist" folder containing an "Unknown Album" which in turn contains "Greeting.m4a"

i cant delete any of this if just says "Failed" - i dont want whatever this is on my phone and i cant find it in the file manager... any ideas?

dont know about the first one as i dont wish to delete everything, but on this second one that tone is in the main sounds folder, so doesnt have a subfolder like the rest of my music, so im not sure, which network are you on as this will alter the standard settings and stuff of the phone, btw im on t-mobile.

O2 mate - naah, delete is greyed out in there...

ye i cant delete mine but it is there its where i store my spare ringtones that arent music. probably just a standard phone setting that may be removed when a homebrew firmware is released.
