That's a bit of a steap ask really. You haven't said you want high refresh thankfully as that's in the region of £700-£1000 right now ...but even without it, to get a 'decent' 4K 60hz office monitor with USB type-C for that ...I don't think so. I did see some around Black Friday dropping to close to around the £300 mark. You actually can get some decent 27 inch models 'without' USB-C around the £300 mark, a little under even, LG have some. But adding type-c really bumps the cost up to the £400 mark, such as the LG 27UN83A which is £400. It does look like you can get the Dell S2722QC which is 4K with type-c with a pretty good discount right now, still going to cost over £300 with VAT though unless you can perhaps get a bigger discount for being a student.
