I am posting my question here on the Overclockers forum because most of you are knowledgeable on high spec stuff. So a slightly different question for your consideration.
I am about to provide a "heart transplant" to a PC. The system is used mainly for web site development/testing etc. as well as the normal MS Office type stuff, email and browsing. No games etc.
The processor will be an i5 3570 - I am seeking mobo recommendations.
No overclocking, everything will run at stock spec. All data is on a NAS so the NIC must be gigabit. Max internal HDDs will be two WD Caviar Blacks so two SATA lll ports will suffice. I may later replace one of those with an SSD.
Within reason budget is not an issue. I am presently leaning towards an ASUS P8Z77-V LX2 and would welcome your words of wisdom.
