Stayed in for the third year running.

In fairness its through choice. I've got a dog and all the fireworks drive her crazy so I stay in with her. Started a re-run of Prison Break and was in bed by about 11.

On a positive side I was up at half 8 had breakfast made a pot of coffee and did some chores without once feeling sorry for those thousands who woke up around lunch and spent the rest of the day throwing up and gobbling paracetamol like tic-tacs

Nobody rang me and I didn't go out, I didn't even notice.

Just because those you know would be nursing hangovers does not mean that those I would have been calling would be nursing hangovers.
