A Disk Error Occured! press ctrl + alt + del to restart

How can i sort this issue? any help is appreciated!

I had this problem long time ago. I access something called mbr where i can select which drive to boot from, but i forgot.

all cables are fine, windows is fresh. I've just built this computer.

I guess i need to change the master boot record, which i dont know how.

i cant even access my windows, i've just installed it. Its a new built.

yes its the first priority.

Does anyone know how to access MBR, cos i remember i solved this issue a while ago using mbr, but i dont remember how

i did that, but thats not what i'm looking for.

My one has like a menu where you can chose, i serioulsy forgot what it looks like
