Sony Alpha A700

all the candid shots were taken with the Sony SAL 50 f1.8. All the landscapey ones were with the Tamron 17-50 F2.8 appart from the big ben face one, I still had the fifty on.

Doing candid shooting in london is relatively easy once you cut through the fear factor. In my head I just act as if I am a photo journo. If people question what I am doing I make up a some story about doing a photo documentary on life in London. Most of the times people just don't care, the rest of the times they think you are a tourist.

If you just walk about with the camera in your hand people know you are taking photo's. 9 times out of 10 they even say sorry because they think they got into your shot !!!
