A few iPhone questions

I have a few questions regarding the iPhone, basically its a few things that really annoy me with it.

1. When I am texting it tries to predict what I want to write and most of the time gets it wrong and it’s so annoying. Can this be turned off?

2. Secondly I use iTunes to manually transfer songs to the phone. I also have iTunes installed on my work laptop but when I try and transfer songs it wants to erase all the existing data. Is there a way around this?

3. I setup iTunes with playlists and stick all my albums in individual playlists then drag and drop the playlists to the phone. But when I look at the songs on the phone it doesn’t arrange my playlists like I would imagine, they are all jumbled up?

Cheers!

1) No. Just press the x on the suggested word to carrying on writing.

2) You can only transfer songs TO the iPhone + it's probably moaning about different libraries (see Google for multiple libraries)

3) The playlists still contain the songs, yes? I think it sorts them by alphabetical order.

I text quite often but it doesn't seem to learn. Despite pressing x all the time it still tries to replace "lol" with "LOL".:(
