A few new components

I think it's time to replace my ageing P4 2.8 GHz and 1GB PC5300 RAM system with more up to date components, but need some advice first.

I am planning on going for the following:

Now, is this case any good? I've read a few reviews of it but a few personal opinions might come in useful. Also, does it come with the side window, or is that an optional extra?

Also, will that 850W PSU be overkill for what I'm getting here?

All of this will be going on my Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 Motherboard, along with a Thermaltake Big Typhoon 120.

Are these good components to go for or are there better ones I should be looking at?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Psu is overkill really..

Would recomend geting 2gig modules so 2x2gig kit to get to 4 as its about the same price but better to overclock with.

Also dont get *** gurunteed to overclock one (they generaly overclock to atleast that anyway and you'll save a bit)

The CPU in question is rather bizarrely cheaper than a non-guaranteed Q6600 as its in TWO.

I Agree on RAM and PSU, maybe a Corsair PSU will suffice. Why are you upgrading?

go for a corsair 520 PSU, go 2x2 with the ram if on 64bit, everything else looks good though, the case is very solid - look at it on the case thread for modding ideas.

Why are you upgrading?

because the power of a p4 and 1gb of ram is too much,lol.
