a few queries on these AM3 coolers

Hi folks,

please can you tell me which is the best out of these coolers?

forgive me being naive, but I take it the thermalright comes with a cpu fan? I couldn't see one in the image.

I'm thinking of upgrading to a AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition and I would want to overclock it to at least 3.8 Ghz

The true is better but you need to get a fan so obviously its going to be more expensive if money is no object then that would be my choice however the sunbeam isn't so far behind and is very good for the price I've seen some good results from people and very positive reviews.
