Hopefully you guys can help me with something that I've been wondering for a while.
I'm currently insured on a Third Party fire and theft policy and to be quite honest, I'm not entirely sure what the process would be if I had to claim a non fault accident?
Would it be possible to completely omit my insurers if a accident management company such as helphire were involved?
Exactly who's insurance assessor would value my car? Someone from the company representing me or someone from the insurer that I'm claiming from? If it's the later, what happens if I deal their settlement to be unacceptable and they refuse to budge?
Haven't been involved in an accident or anything, but it's just something I've been wondering for a bit
Thanks
