Hi all,

I want to build a nvidia sli system next year, but the latest motherboards seem to be only crossfire ones, i ahve seen sli ones , but they are over 200 pounds, are there new cheaper sli boards coming out ?

Also would any of you guys reckon that the parts that are around now such as cpu, mobo and gfx cards, will drop around march next year ?

Will Ati's rival gfx card be out then ?

Cheers

The only decent conroe overclocking boards than encorporate SLi are the one that use the 680i chipset, if you are looking at older components, there are plenty of SLi boards out there...

Yes they are expenseve, and more than likely the prices will drop as they become more and more commonplace... so i would assume that the prices will have dropped at least a little by march...

Who knows when ati's dx10 gfx cards will be out... pretty sure they've missed their initial deadlines :o
