Hi, Ive recieved my parts! YAY! However, I had to RMA the motherboard (P35C-DS3R) as the big radiator thing on top wasnt fitted properly. BOO! Anyway, now that Ive had a look at them in the flesh at least, I have a couple of questions.

Firstly, how hard should you push the lever down to lock the CPU? It seemed to take a fair bit of strain! Yes, I did put the CPU in the right way round-the arrows were aligned and it just dropped in.

Second, how on earth do you fit the mobo in the case!?! I didnt try, but it seemed like it would be a tight fit for the bobo and my hands to all go in at the same time! I have a Thermaltake Soprano.

Cheers!

you need to press the cpu bar hard to get it in

lay the case on its side and fit your air cooler to the mobo that will give you somthing to hold when fitting it, dont forget the backplate for the motherboard needs to be in the case and you need the gold legs (motherboard stand offs) to be fitted in the right place

Ok, cheers-Il give that a go in a couple of days when my new one comes through! Grr.

It just shocked me a bit by just how hard you have to push it! It almost seemed to be forcing the CPU into the mobo. Should the locking flap that comes down actually be pressed hard onto the chip?
