A few Questions ?

Hi i have a few questions

my rig
GA-p35-DQ6 mobo
Q6600(B3) @3.0ghz Wc by swiftech aprooge GT WB
4 gigs of 6400 [email protected] divider atm
1*8800GTX OC2 (stock)
1*520 corsair PSU
Akasa 182 Case

1.Is 6 hours of small FFTs followed by 6 hours of Blend both passed mean good stabilty if the rig is used 100% just for games and no other heavy multicore apps.

2.My 8800GTx idles at around 70c and loads at 84c is this average temps for this card ?

3.My Q6600@around stock vcore, even under water it still idles around 40c to around 61c have reseated 4 times each time using the quad core Artic silver method but still no change in temps.Is it the Wc block ? or is it just the B3 stepping running Hot?

4.Is a 3d score 06 of 12890 expected for this rig ?

I would say thats pretty safe but then I know there are people on here that would probably disagree with me.

Thats fine mate, these cards get hot and can handle it, mine hits 95-98c sometimes, don't worry unless you start seeing artifacts.

So your saying that it idles @ around 40c and maxes out @ around 61c, thats fine mate, I would have thought under water it would have been lower but it's well within specs so I wouldn't worry, quads do get quite toasty, I think people worry to much about temps tbh, my old Prescott runs @ about 58-60c on idle and reaches about 75-80c when it's stressed, been running like that for years and is perfectly fine, it used to stress me out in the beginning but I just made a conscious desicion one day just not to care about it any more and enjoy the machine which I did.

4.Is a 3d score 06 of 12890 expected for this rig ?

yep, I get 10547 on 3d mark 06 on my rig in my sig, so 12890 sounds about right for your system, wish I get could that score on my rig .

12890 is a pretty good score - have a look here in the graphics forum for a database of top scores - puts you about 22nd at the moment .
