Looking for advice/opinions from people who have got sky llu please :)

Recently discovered that sky had put their equipment into my exchange :D
I have a few questions to ask
The unlimited package-is it truly unlimited?
Am with ukfsn/entanet Business 45 atm off peak is all you can eat and 45G peak but it costs me £30 pm
So I am hoping to cut my internet bill in half as the sky package is around £13 iirc
How do I go about changing to sky?Just get the mac code from ukfsn?
Also my line of late has been dropping big time(am 3.1 miles from the exchange with poor cabling and many cuts/patches in the cable )
ATT of around 60 down :( , not good
I think that Sky train you line for the first 10 days?yes?if so if my line plays up during this period get a slower connection right?Does it go up if the line stabilises at a later date?like with bog standard ADSL ?
Also can you access customer support vial e-mail?I am slightly deaf and have difficulty understanding people on the phone
Think that is all I want to know at the moment

Also can you access customer support vial e-mail?I am slightly deaf and have difficulty understanding people on the phone - They have a tool in your account section that allows you to drop support requests online. they are usually quite good at getting back promptly.

This is actually one of my main concerns, having read a lot of posts on various forums dealing with sky's customer service and queuing/going through the same try this, try that sheet,it is good to hear lol :D that i can deal with any problems i may have via a text based support
My average usage with ukfsn is around 3 -4 hundred gig...don`t ask
Not expecting an increase in speed to be honest.I would be happy with the same as i can get on a `good` day I.e. 2 Meg
And finally does the line automatically up the speed if the line stays stable for a certain period? i am unsure about your answer enigma27
Acording o the kitz calc i would get a higher than now download too,2656.ATM i have a synch of 1536 down and 756 up...and for £30 PM :(

Bit the bullet and decided I am going to switch to sky llu.Asked Jason from ukfsn for a mac @ around 6pm and received an email @ around 8pm,that I think deserved a mention, very quick and easy, bit sorry to go but at the new price I can`t say no
Just need to decide if I go for any phone packages now (no TV as we have free sat and have no interest in their sports channels)
Last quick question about sky talk freetime,if i take this out it reduces the monthly cost of the unlimited BB package, any catches? As i took out a BT
Unlimited Anytime Plan

about 4 months ago,i think it was at least a year commitment??`with the sky
will this interfere with getting the talk freetime?
:)
