A few snaps from Mauritius

Last day tomorrow here in Mauritius, unfortunately I was unlucky with the weather yesterday, it ****ed it down in the evening when I got back to the hotel.

BUT....This evening I was really lucky and got a nice sunset

This job does have some perks it seems

It still tried to rain again, got a nice rainbow though:

Most of the next shots were set around this pier, it made a nice foreground setting I thought.

These two got married today, thought this was a nice shot, didn't want to get any closer though lol!

Still one more day to go, not sure what I'll be up to photography wise. Hope to get some more decent ones

What is your job?

From purely your photos, I am going to guess that you were at Tamarin or Flic en Flac, around the Pearle Beach or Gold Beach resorts area? Stayed at the former last year and the latter looked to die for and one day I intend to stay there for a bit.

Going again this summer for a couple of weeks but I need to revisit some new places as whenever I go, I visit my favourite places only (being born and raised in Mauritius) and end up with samey photos.

I know the first pic is naff, did it to show what the weather was like, and what I was dreading it would be like all week.

I train on Forensic equipment all over the world, I take my camera with me incase I have the opportunity to see anything.

I had an AWESOME day today. Should have some better pics to upload soon.

Fantastic pictures, my family are from Mauritius, and although I have been there loads, never managed to go on a photo treking session
