Im working on building a PC for my bro-in-law for his birthday, ive already got a thread in GH asking for specs but ive a few sound based questions to ask as well.
He is very much into modding for halflife and loves doing his own voice acting and sound effects.
What sound card would be best? Also, a decent mic and some cheap sound software would be great!
