Hey all, I have a few years old PC now and i'm looking to upgrade the RAM and install a new GPU

First things first I currently have a 6600GT (it's an AGP system) and I was looking to buying the HIS X1950PRO (the 512mb version), how much more power does it need to run?

And also, i've read on places about upgrading RAM that sometimes the RAM is obstructed so that you'd need to remove the Mobo, PSU etc to gain access to the RAM, how common is that the case?

And finally, how powerful a PSU do you think i'll need to run this setup

AMD Athlon XP 3000+
HIS X1950PRO 512mb
2 gig of PC3200 OCUK Ram

and that's about it I guess that'd be very powerhungry anyway, do you think i'll need a new PSU from upgrading from 512MB of RAM to 2 gig of RAM, and from a 6600GT to a HIS X1950PRO 512mb? my PC currently seems to run everything just fine, I havent had a chance to see how powerful my PSU is so I was just wondering how much more power the two new pieces of hardware will take, and with the X1950PRO will I need any extra cooling? as my PC is running on the stock/default cooling atm, Many Thanks to whoever can help :)

Yeh bottlenecking may be a problem, but my plan is to first buy the RAM and then see how that runs the games, but many thanks for the help :)
