Hi I've made the mistake of selecting the "note PC" (laptop version) of this SSD

1 x Samsung 256GB SSD 830 Series SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Drive - (MZ-7PC256B/WW) **BTS £20 CASHBACK** £149.99

will I be able to mount it in my Bitfenix prodigy as a boot drive without any issues (mechanical or software)?. Is it slower in any way?

Here are the links from Samsung, it looks like the mounting fixings and cable are different and the note PC version has GC (Garbage Collection): Auto software:

I have this spec on order (but not yet dispatched, I think I can still change via webnote):

Other things I'm not 100% on:
- PSU & cooler ok for overclocking this system a bit?
- do I need that extra hdmi cable? (the pre sales guy didn't know if it came with one)

thanks!:)

its exactly the same just comes with extra cable
tho the desktop one comes with a 3.5 converter or something, depends if u need one
think id personally rather have the cable^^

The prodigy is an insanely difficult case to build into because of how little space you have to manouver. Its a pain in the ass I recommend a fully modular psu with braided cables as they are nicer to work with then thick hard cables which are really difficult to cable manage in this case.
