A foolish question to be sure

OK so im sure that everyone is sick of hearing about bioshock infinte...anway playing it has given me a hankering for bioshock 1. I bought it on release and could have sworn that it was steamworks but it aint in my library - can anyone confirm that it is / isn't? If its not steamworks, does anyone havea spare key that theyre not using or want to sell cheaply?
