Asking this in behalf of a friend...
He's an avid CoD4 player and today could join games no problem, talk to people no problem and could hear other players. This was all in ranked games against randoms.
The issue he has is that he cannot connect to private chat with people on his friends list, and nor can he accept invites from his friends into private matches.
I've so far got him to reboot his router and re-connect to live and also to do a connection test to check his NAT, which was open. Sadly I can't test my own connection to live because my xbox is being fixed!
Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance people.
