Basically, whenever he tries to install it he gets this error:
This software is being installed on a Dell Inspiron 1721 laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium. We've installed DirectX 9.0c as apparently there are some DirectDraw errors with Vista or something. Apparently running DirectX 9 can help with it sometimes. All of the graphics drivers are up to date and we are at a loss for why it isn't working. We've tried and retried, etc... But still nothing.
Any advice is greatly appreciate, as ever.
