A game I believe we should ALL keep an eye on.

Looks very interesting, graphics are amazing.

Btw, i just read on their forum that red 5 Studios has bought the rights to 'use' the Offset engine. Btw i think red 5 studios are made up of ex-WoW Developers! :)

Will be looking out for red 5's game aswell :cool:

Just watched the HD video of this and...WOW. Looks amazing and the bow and arrow looks and sounds great. :) Pity my PC game playing days are behind me now! :(

I don't think they BOUGHT the rights to the engine - more so they bought the ABILITY to use the engine for one of their games.


By rights - would that mean they OWN the engine - or just the ability to use it?

If they bought the rights to the engine they will be allowed to use it and do whatever they like with the code, except redistribute it.

sounds like it's exactly the same as the Elder Scroll games. Not that that's a bad thing, i'm watching the trailer now
 
been following this for ages now, if they get a company backing them they are set to go last i heared.

apparently its also playable on current hardware, seen as its been made in the past 2 years.
