(Before I start, I'll just state that I will be using original CDs and own all the systems I will be emulating, unfortunately some of the discs are so scratched the original system wont read them)
Anyway...
I'm planning on building an emulator/htpc to plug in to my TV, I have some USB to PS2 controller adapters and I was wondering if there is some interface I can control using a windows gamepad, which allows me to browse files and launch apps. Otherwise I guess it's time to polish up my VB skills
