A gaming headset with a Transparency mode?

Hi, I have a slightly odd requirement and I'm not sure if such a headset actually exists or not so I thought I'd pick your brains on here.

I'm looking to get a headset for my PC that will be used almost exclusively for gaming and watching Twitch etc. I share my home office with my wife and so I need a closed back set so she doesn't have to hear anything if she's working while I'm playing. However the tricky bit is that I need to be able to hear either my wife talking to me or if my children call me from another room so I can't have something that blocks out all exterior sound. Now on my Pixel Buds Pro they have a Transparency mode as part of the noise cancelling function that does just what I want so are there any over the hear headsets with a similar function? I would obviously like decent sound quality but I'm not looking for anything serious audiophile level. I don't mind wired or wireless and ideally I'd like to keep the price under £100 if possible.

Does such a headset exist?

Many Thanks.

Thanks for that, yeah all I meant by gaming is that I need a mic for chatting while playing. Those Anker ones look nice but I'm slightly concerned about them only using a bluetooth connection as I've been trying to use my Pixel Buds and it hasn't been a smooth experience so far.

Thanks very much for that, really useful to know. Which set was it you bought? If you could check to see if the noise cancelling and transparency work when using the wired connection (I assume a standard 3.5mm jack?) that would be great?

Thanks very much for looking into that for me, it's most appreciated. Yeah I can imagine the use case for it doesn't normally apply to sitting at a desk so it's probably not going to be a common feature. Ah well, maybe I'll just try for the bluetooth connection and see how it goes.
