I have used multiple including Prime, Realbench, CineBench R15, 3dMark, Orthos(?) All have been stable on my overclocked i7 [email protected] CPU. Planet Coaster soon crippled it though (2x BSOD) so guess these are not that great or I have old versions that were not as intensive.

Whats a good programs to test my CPU at it's current clock? (4.5ghz)

Intel Burn Test with maximum memory.

OCCT does the same job as well.

If it passes either of those with lots of memory then look elsewhere for problem.

I've always found actually using the system is better to find stabilaty than things like prime, not say they don't work though.

Sounds daft but do a dvd encode with handbrake, personally I game whilst streaming via CPU. Normally finds unstable OC well

Your own use are by far the best test. Your probably degrading it running this stuff 24-7 just to test something your not actually running.....
