A good deal for £200?

Someone I work with is getting rid of their computer. Just had a baby, no time to use the PC, etc. They have offered it to me for £200.

I'm pretty sure it's a good deal....but wanted to confirm:

Dell XPS600
Core Duo 3ghz
2GB RAM
Nvidia 7800 GTX 256mb (question - is this better than a 7900GS?)
Soundblaster x-fi Audio
2 x 320GB Drives Raid 1
19 TFT Ultrasharp monitor
Wireless Keyboard & mouse
5.1 speakers inc sub

All for £200.

Regarding the graphics card, I suspect that it is.

According to Dell the CPU is a Pentium D. Aside from the CPU, it looks like quite a nice setup. The 7800 GTX should be a bit faster than the 7900 GS if my memory serves me correctly (the 7900 GS just being a slightly overclocked 7800 GT). Looks like it was quite a high-end setup in 2005.
