A good gaming mouse and keyboard?

I don't see how the keys can get worn. If anything you would just get more light bleed since they're transparent keys painted black.

If a key looks odd it's more likely to be an issue with the back light being a bit uneven at that point on the keyboard.

Mines a year old and it's fine.

Anyone found that their X4 keys wear easily? I spotted an image on another retailers website that showed a customers L key worn after less than 4 months use.

Strange key to be wearing out before more common letters found in words.

Should have also said I now find that a mouse with adjustable dpi is a must have for fps games. Best recent example - bf3 where upping the dpi allows the tank turrets to be moved a great deal quicker.

I am using a Logitech G11 which I am very happy with and a Razer Imperator which is probably the best mouse I have ever used.

depends what you need it for, the shape of your hands and all sorts.

Low sense FPS?

high sense?

rpg?

I play a lot of fps games at a relitively low fps so the Zowie ec1 or the death adders are among the best you can get. if you have a smaller hand then the zowie ec2 is a good choice.

for cheap then the Microsoft (w)intelli 3.0 is the best mouse on the market for Low sense gaming. £17 works without special drivers nothing fancy but accurate responsive and comfortable.

Keyboards is again another picky one. Logitech G series have one of the nicest feels to them.

NVM too late.

Sidewinder is an ok keyboard surprised so many fans of the 518 series though Eugh prediction
