A good socket 939 board, non sli, non Asus

Could someone recommend me a good and stable 939 mobo?

It should not be SLI and not be from Asus.
Preferable with a good old serial port (the small one).

MSI Neo2 Platinum (its only nForce3 and hence AGP tho).

DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra D... One of the best boards ive ever owned!

Lacks a serial port though, but does have the header for one on the mobo...

Amazing board. I have done some ridiculous things on it in regards to overclocking and i havnt had to reset cmos.

It boots every time.
