What spec is in it and what psu would be useful
Going to be very limited in what can be put into that case. It's definitely a low profile card and also spec states :-
'Expansion card - 1x low profile, width restriction-2.95" '
Any fan is also going to be blocked by the side of the PSU. So highly unlikely to get anything more powerful than decent onboard gfx by the looks of it?

Yeah, low profile cards only. No low profile card will be any good for gaming.
