Hi,
My systems gone crazy, I really don't know what it is.
Ive reinstalled the Mobo drivers + GFX Drivers and no avail.
Ive seen this before on the forums but can't rember what happened. It's really weird and I can't remmember when it started.
Ive run registry checks and spyware scans aswell.

Does anyone have any info?

Thanks.

EDIT- It went down from about 6000 to 4000, just to show how much its gone down. :(

Hi,
I think its graphics card issues since my superpi time hasnt changed.
Ijust found the Omega Drivers and they say they have better drivers than stock.
Should I try these???

If you were using stock drivers originally (at 6000marks) then i'd say the drivers aren't the issue.

Did you update any drivers recently before the issue began??

I can remember you said you overclocked your card? but you also said it crashes aswell? Maybe you've damaged the card

I doubt I damaged it, never had any artifacts.
Also, ever since I changed the grease its been running good, before that it crashed and I lost the 3dMarks.
Ill try reinstalling the chipset drivers.

My friend at uni had a similar problem to this a few months ago. Took me a fair while to work out what it was. It may not be the case with yours but he had some sort of Spyware/Worm program that had installed itself. However programs such as adaware would not detect it and i only found it by going through all his running processes in the task manager and by checking his startup programs list in msconfig.

Is worth a look you may find something thats not supposed to be there!!

do AMD chips ahve any kind of throttling ?
my CPU done it once and it drove me nuts... 40 odd posts later and thats what it was.
re-seated the water block and it was right as rain

Thanks a lot for your help.
I cheacked the processes and nothing wrong there.
I installed loads of drivers and I think it was the GC drivers.
I installed the omega drivers and its all good :D
Just ran 3dMark 05 and got 5914 3DMarks
Which is good.

Thanks again

Theyre interface is quite good. Wouldn't count on a performance increase but all the crap is gone.
