I take full dose Aspirin for my heart (A. fib.) & I just raid this. [ur]http://www.mercola.com/infographics/nsaids.htm?x_cid=20150725_infographiclink_nsaids_facebookdoc[/URL] Any medicines as affective as Aspirin is at blood thinning. not in the NSAID group?

yeah there are anticoagulants like warfarin and rivaroxaban that people take for that

talk to your GP/consultant (you'll have to anyway to get a prescription) and don't stop taking any medications without talking to them first too.

edit - a pharmacist won't be able to switch him onto those, he needs to speak to a doctor(ideally a cardiologist if not his GP int he first instance) - especially as asprin is not recommended for afib any more AFAIK

It is advice like the above that means the forum does not permit medical threads.

Ask yourself, would you rather die from side effects of a disease, or be concerned regarding ine thing you read on the internet, and were unable to link for others to read?
