a large favour please (download a 50mb file and re-host on onedrive/dropbox/google drive)

i have no internet at home and i can't download this file at the library because their anti virus server thing says it contains too many files. it's just the net4 framework from microsoft.

i was hoping someone could download it for me and then put it inside a password protectected zip and then stick it on dropbox/onedrive. i''ve already tested password protected zips and they seem to go through fine. just something simple like ocuk would do.
