hmm i dunno bout the psu, it'l probably do.
make sure to overclock that cpu :), should overclock quite nicely, although they dotn clock aswell as their socket 939 cousins. same goes for the 6800XT, you should be able to get an extra gaming boost from overclocking it. not a bad setup for the limited budget, g/l with it :)
