A little bit of help please

Long story so i wont dwell on that lol

Currently i have only my right arm (mouse arm luckily) to play games with until my cast comes off in approx 2/3 weeks, i play BF3 a lot however having 1 hand its not v good lol

So can some1 suggest a good game 2 play that will only really need a mouse 2 play, (i dont mind RTS games) or unless some1 knows of a way 2 play BF3??

Joystick perhaps?? Thanx in advance

Can you not program your mouse buttons to move forward etc? Thats what I would do, One button to run, then the others to crouch/prone. You could even program two mouse buttons together to strafe
 
I broke my left arm and collarbone when I was younger, 4 weeks of school, all I did was sit at home and play Roller Coaster Tycoon 3.

I got so so sick at that in the end! :D

All great games that only require one hand :)
