Hi

i have already kind of got a spec for my pc.. which has got a budget of £500.. i was wondering if i would get a lot more 'pc' if i raised the budget to something bigger such as £700 or whether that would just be stupid..

this is my current spec as it stands..

Case - Li-Lian PC-7 Plus

PSU - Enermax Noisetaker 535W

Graphics - Asus Geforce 8800GTS 320MB

Motherboard - Asus P5N-E SLi

CPU - not needed, got one

CPU Cooler - Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7

Memory - Geil 2GB PC6400

DVD Drive - Not needed, got one

Hard Drive - Again, got one

So do you think it is worth me upping the budget or not ?

Note - I intend to overclock

Thanks

What is the full system, and what are you spending the money on? And waiting 14 mins before a bump is just a touch over the top.

Nope, if you're overclocking that will be very nice indeed.

Spending more money isn't really needed.

Although I would go for a Corsair 520w PSU as they have 5 year warranties and are just about the best supplys you can get at the moment! OcUK asre out of stock though, so that might be a problem for you.

don't know sorry.. just thought it deserved new thread and plus i don't want to confuse it with other threads.. (keep it simple)

Thanks anyway for your comments :D

Edit: any idea if black version of Lian-Li case will be in stock soon ?

Ring the shop, shop questions shouldnt be asked on the forums, and stock questions arent something a forum member can answer.

My guess is they will be closed until Tuesday too. Most other places are. Going on other items I would think it would be around 2 weeks.
