A little cooling advice please

I have ordered a quad core cpu to upgrade from my current x2 chip, but its an oem chip that comes without a heatsink or fan.
My question is, can I use the heatsink and fan from my 65w amdx2 on my 95w amdx4 chip? They are both am2 chips so im hoping it will fit no problem and I'm not really looking to overclock it or anything.
I will of course be cleaning the heatsink and applying new thermal paste.

Just wondering if I can get away with it?
