A little help please?

I had the Sality virus on my computer. Managed to get rid of it. Unfortunately it has affected pretty much most of the executable files on my hard disk. So I cannot run a lot of programs.

Is there anyway I can recover the executables?

Reinstalling them is probably the best option.
