a little help please....

Done but it's a bit flawed if you ask me.

For example, if you say you don't use deodorant on the first page, the first question on the next page asks you how many cans you use a year with no option for zero.

Also, spray performance for the last question but this isn't applicable to the majority of methods of applying deodorant as per the question about which type you use.
 
Done. I've assumed you're meant to fill Q7 in the box even though it says for any other comments. Q6 seems intuitively the wrong way round for the options as you'd normally expect no influence - little influence - strong influence.
 
Done but some of the questions are a little odd. Like 'What's your age?' Has a 1-20 category. Also Q6 is flawed.
