A little help please..

Hi guys, just got my self the parts for a rig:

I5-6600k
Giga Z170mx-G5
Kf2a gtx 970
1T had
120gb ssd
Corsair rm650 and a h105

Put it all together and when I got to turn it on nothing comes up on the screen, so I wait and then the pc restarts and continues to repeat this. Changes the home between the card and mobo didn't change a thing.
Any help would be great.

Few things to try...

1. Build outside the case on the motherboard box, could be shorting on the case
2. Remove GPU and use iGPU
3. Check for any BIOS updates
4. SSD in AHCI mode? (not that this would stop it posting)

All power connectors in? sometimes people miss the one by the cpu socket.

Something I would have never checked.because of the hideous angle. I didn't push the 8pin all the way into the psi, thanks very much guys!!

I've ran into another problem lol. Ive got an external USB dvd drive so I can install Windows. Changed the boot device, get into setup and it asks me to select driver to be installed. So I click on my drive (that if u expand it clearly shows the windows files there) it says no drivers were found.
