I have an promotion interview coming up and would like to put a short clip into my presentation.

this clip,

but how do i go about doing so? will also need to be saved in powerpoint 2007.

is it even possible?

Simply download and convert the clip from flash (flv) to wmv format using any number of free websites/tools e.g. http://www.mediaconverter.org/ (untested, picked at random). The resulting file can easily be embedded in your presentation.

Shame it's too late now but you could've inserted a Shockwave Flash OCX control into PowerPoint and use the embed code to run it seamlessly.
