What settings should I enter in the BIOS to get the best results for:

  • Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
  • Abit IP35 Pro XE Intel P35 (Socket LGA775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
  • Corsair Dominator 4GB PC2-8500 (2x2GB) Dual Channel Kit

I just use air cooling with the Antec Nine Hundred and Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro.

Thanks in advance!

No such thing as settings for best results I'm afraid.

Every CPU and motherboard are different, and as such will need different settings than the vast majority of those used by other people.

I think there is an official IP35 thread in the motherboard section - if it's anything like the asus ones, it will be full of other users settings for OCing the Q6600. As Cob mentioned however, every chip is different and therefore for you to get the most out of your chip you will need to gain a decent understanding of your bios options.

Depending on the VID of your chip (visible within CoreTemp), you should be able to get 375 * 8 @ stock volts. You just need to ensure that your ram is set to the correct voltage. For higher clocks however you will probably need to raise your vcore, NB, SB, VTT etc etc etc :)
