A little helped needed please

I created a topic last week regarding a BSOD issue I was having, and I have finally found some info on it, but I ain't got a clue what I need to do...The info is here:

Please make sure that the motherboard you are using is listed on Microsoft's Vista Hardware Compatibility List

I don't know how to find what Motherboard I'm using...I have a HP a6557.uk

What do I need to do??? Sorry if I'm sounding dumb but I blame it on not sleeping for 48 hours lol...

Do I need to get a Replacement motherboard sent out as it is still under Manufacturer's warrenty

Visit the HP website and download the chipset drivers for your motherboard
