a little RAM help

hey guys just need some advice

**G Skill 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1333mhz Ripjaws Memory Kit CL9 (9-9-9-24) 1.5V**
would they be suitable for use on a Asus P6X58D-E Socket 1366 (my concern is because they keep plugging how good this RAM is for the new sandybridge motherboards).

oh and would g-skill be any better or worse than kingston or corsair in the same size of memory

He's saying that his board is 1366 socket, but he's concerned about RAM compatibility as all of the marketing states that it's compatible with Sandy Bridge.

That's how I interpreted it anyway!

yes sorry i should have said that, im concerned about compatibility, thanks for the replies especially looking at the triple channel RAM, so much more juice than what i was looking at
