A little SSL help

Anyone with ssl and cpanel knowledge, please help!

If I am on shared hosting, and would like to use SSL encrypted email servers (smtp and pop) running through a domain I have on the shared host e.g. mail.domain.com, can I use my own SSL cert, or can I only use the shared SSL available to all accounts on that server i.e. mail.hostsdomain.com?

You could only use the server address the host provide, otherwise your mail client will show a certificate error.

That's not a huge problem though - the name of the server means nothing - the only time it could mean something is if you're a reseller and the host doesn't use generic (non-branded) server names, which would confuse your clients

I'm after a new host that will support ASP.Net 3.5.

We don't do ASP I'm afraid, but many other hosts on www.ochostreview.co.uk do
