make sure your exhaust fan is blowing out of the case and not sucking in ;)

i have only just realised that the lian li people put the fan in the wrong way round so its been blowing the air from the cpu back thru itself .

edit* i should add that it seems to have droped my cpu temp from around 32 to 25

does the v2000+ have the side vent which extracts at graphics card level? if so it was probably designed that way, having air come in at the bottom of the motherboard and extracted at the top.

it does have a fan for the gfx card but my cpu fan is blowing towards the exhast so its silly to have the air blowing back into it.

the cpu temp has droped and the air from the gfx extracter fan feals cooler.

either way ive managed to oc my e6600 an extra 100mhz and its around 43C load, which is better than 60 previous.

ive not fully stress tested it so it will prob raise a bit more but its still a lot cooler all round.
