a lot of help needed

right
i have a 400gb hdd with 152gb left
its not partitions so its only one drive
i want to install the windows 7 beta
but i want it as dual boot option
i have no clue what to do as i have never messed with os's n hdds
whatever you guys can help with can be great
any guides will be thankful for.
