A major problem

sometimes when my pc starts up the loading bar for vista will cycle a few times like normal but then willgo bar by bar and take about 30 minutes?

what is wrong with it?

pc specs as in signature with vista ulitimate 64bit.

i have removed all usb devices except my keyboard and mouse. :S

help please

Probably soemthing in your HDD taking a long time to startup along with vista.

yeah just quickly thinking about it, it sounds like an error with your hdd or a bad vista installation.

sounds like a driver problem to me. have you had any new hardware? graphics card?

hmmm nope al new at time of instalation about 3 weeks ago

just reinstalled vista and it wont install my network adaptor now.

ok i don't think it is a driver issue, i tried to install the new drivers on a fresh install of windows and it freezes, i think itis overheating. about 60 to 65'c and the stick fan is makeing much noise but is spinning.

i am trying a fresh install now and if that dosnt work i have a new fan comming on tuesday (arctic freezer 7 pro) and if that doesnt work the ocuk will be getting the mobo back as i have tested the memory and tested the hard drives and the only option left is the motherboard and that would make sense as the lan port doesnt seem to be responding to drivers and usb plug and play is tempremental
