Does anyone here have the Dell keyboard pictured below. Starting to feel my G11 is taking up too much desk space.

What does the keys feel like?

Or which other keyboards could suit the minimalist style, maybe some Logitech ones?

I have that keyboard, and I can't complain about the feeling of the keys..

Havent used any 'pro-gaming' keyboards myself though, so i dont know how good it will be for dispensing pwnz etc..

lmfao im a bit high and i was looking at that picture, and i looked down at my keyboard and i was like WOOOAHHH, had to check it 15 times tho but yeah.. i got that 1 =D

WHYYYY would you want that one.

I have the SK-8135 which is a USB keyboard. Actually there's two round here. Got the first one from a bargain bin, liked it, bought another.

+ media controls (twiddly volume button)
+ interweb buttons
+ USB hub (+2 usb ports at the back of the board)

Looks like this:

Keys are nice, just enough resistance and bounce to them. Use it for gaming and whatnot :)

Can get it in a few places for a few quid.

I did think about getting that G11 on special offer at the moment but the G11 is much much fatter and the difference is backlighting and a bank of macro keys... which honestly I'd think less about than my desire to have more space.

Had some of these in secondary school, they didn't feel right to me after being used to a G11, but the keys themselves were fine, nice and soft.

I have that keyboard tankskun. Absolutely love it. Keys are fine, could be a little quieter but it probably doesnt help ive had mine for like 4+ years and its been heavily used since :D

You should look at the orange G15's they are a lot more compact than the G11 and Mk1 G15's, yet still offer a bunch of features, and the LCD(LED) display which is nice in games which support it, or for stuff like fraps/speedfan to show your FPS/Temps etc.

Its also got quite a nice feel to the keys, I found the small dell keyboards to be like typing on dead flesh (Oh wait. that was the Sinclair Spectrum keyboard)... Non the less, I really dislike the compact dell keyboards. That said, on terms of feel, my preference is still the ancient IBM clicky keyboard! :)

Anyway, I have both G15's and the orange G15's are pretty compact, have very nice feel when typing, and almost as well featured as the older G15.

I've got 3 of them, the keys stand a bit high, much prefer low profile ones but even a few years of macro bashing in WoW hasn't caused it any problems.

In the end I just bought that DELL keyboard (really cheap) and a boogie bug. Some real nice suggestions all. That hacking keyboard is too expensive but its nice, maybe should have got the enermax one hmm.

Whats that keyboard above? looks bendy.

I have the Enermax Aurora. Best keyboard I have ever owned/used. Friend has a G15 and it feels like rubbish in comparison.

Each to his own, I find that the laptop style keyboards are unpleasant to use, and the G15 is nice by comparison :P
