I just bought this off amazon but It didn't come with a product key. It looks legit so I'm assuming ubisoft have done away with the activation servers. Which would be fine 'cept I can't get it to work 
Just a black screen with the 1404 sand timer spinning around. Spinning forever unless I hard reset.
Anyone had the same problems? Internet research has been most unhelpful.
Edit: Never mind fixed it by forcing it to DX9c
