A new kind of interview

Right, this week i've got two interviews for security based jobs. One is based at an arena, and the other is for a security company with the interview in one of their offices.
I've never had an interview for a position like this, but i'm sure someone here has so basically i'm wondering - what should i expect? what kind of things will they ask and how can i prepare?
 
plenty of doorstaff on here, my interviews were ages ago. tho i did interview others for positions in my team.
i wanted to see that the person was level headed and able to make difficult decisions very quickly, to be able to act accordingly at all times and remember that they are the face of both the company and the venue, to be non biased outside of any rules of a venue.
i wanted people who could talk people out of a situation then walk them out the door if needed rather than drag them out, but of course if the preverbial hit the fan then they needed to be able to deal with it.
someone who was there to do a job, not just there for the women or the fighting.

do some homework on the company and the venues that they operate, see what sort of things take place there.
do you have any security qualifications?
